What You'll Do

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to streamline hardware deployment processes, enhancing efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients based on their unique challenges and goals.
  • Monitor account health and performance metrics, proactively addressing any issues that arise.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT equipment and remote work solutions.
