Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, with strong domain knowledge in semiconductors or silicon IP.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the semiconductor industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully growing key customer accounts.
- Experience selling complex technologies such as interface subsystems, memory IP, or security IP solutions.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive-level relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven sales forecasting methodologies.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on in a fast-paced, global environment.
