E/​E Project Lead Marine - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E/E Project Lead Marine to join our team at Rolls-Royce Power Systems. This remote opportunity allows you to lead development projects for complex electrical and electronic systems in the marine sector. You'll collaborate with a skilled project team to design and implement innovative electrical systems.

What You'll Do

• Lead the planning and execution of development projects for marine electrical systems.
• Manage resources and assess development progress to ensure project milestones are met.
• Define, coordinate, and monitor actions to achieve development objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Marine Business Unit and project controlling teams.
• Utilize your expertise in automation technology, bus systems, and software development.

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in an engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in leading development projects, ideally with project management qualifications.
• Strong understanding of automation and control technology, bus systems, and software development.
• Knowledge of requirements management, preferably with PTC.
• Familiarity with functional safety and product cybersecurity.
• Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong self-management and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive work style with resilience and assertiveness.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the marine industry.
• Additional certifications in project management.
• Knowledge of international standards related to marine systems.
