About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Python Programming Instructor to join our team at GFN GmbH, an educational provider specializing in IT. What You'll Do

- Prepare students for PCEP and PCAP certification exams, ensuring they gain the necessary skills and knowledge.

- Collaborate with other instructors to exchange ideas and improve teaching methodologies.
- Contribute to the development of new training concepts and materials, enhancing the learning experience.
- Provide support for pedagogical and methodological questions, ensuring high-quality instruction.

- Maintain a focus on practical application, helping students develop real-world programming skills.
Requirements
- Completed IT studies or vocational training in IT or equivalent proof.
- Programming experience with Python and current training certificates.
- PCEP and PCAP certification or willingness to obtain them.
- Experience in adult education, preferably in funded education.
- Pedagogical-didactic qualification through IHK training qualification or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to work effectively with heterogeneous groups of learners.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
