HR People Services Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR People Services Specialist to join our team remotely. As an HR People Services Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience and managing the full employee lifecycle. You will work closely with our global People Services and Technology team, ensuring that our HR processes are efficient and compliant with local regulations.

What You'll Do

• Manage employee lifecycle transactions from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance with European employment law.
• Maintain and update employee records in ADP, ensuring data integrity across all HR platforms.
• Support the administration of employee benefits across European countries, coordinating with local HR partners and benefit providers.
• Provide written correspondence on behalf of the HR function, ensuring professionalism and compliance.
• Resolve Level 1 and 2 employee queries from the EMEA and APAC employee base.
• Manage European employee visa and work authorization processes, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
• Support the relocation of employees across Europe, coordinating logistics and onboarding processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

• CIPD qualified, essential level 3, ideally level 5.
• Proven HR experience in a people-focused organization.
• Global experience preferred, with knowledge of employment law.
• Proficient in database software and office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to navigate complexity and engage multiple stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience in additional countries outside the UK.
• Familiarity with HR technology platforms.
• Experience in managing employee benefits administration.
