About the Role

We're looking for a Remote Project Manager specializing in M&A within the renewable energy sector. As a Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing mergers and acquisitions, ensuring that projects align with our strategic goals and deliver value. What You'll Do

• Lead and manage M&A projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct due diligence, technical reviews, and stakeholder communication.
• Utilize data analytics and project management tools to monitor project progress and performance metrics.
• Engage with contractors and stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including budgets, timelines, and risk assessments.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of M&A processes and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as PowerBi and project management software (e.g., Atlassian tools).
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience in solar project management and asset management.
• Knowledge of permitting processes and compliance regulations in the renewable energy sector.
• Background in business development or market development.
