Senior Full Stack Developer - Remote Opportunity at Kodify

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team at Kodify Media Group. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Europe, contributing to our mission of delivering world-class video content and managing high-traffic websites. What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain server and client-side applications that support nearly 100 million unique visitors monthly.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and domain experts to ensure a clear understanding of technical possibilities and limitations.
• Optimize performance by minimizing API response times using metrics, distributed tracing, and aggregated trace metrics.
• Take ownership of your code and tasks, providing feedback on the development lifecycle and processes.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the product is always evolving and enhancing user experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of full-stack development experience.
• Expertise in the React and Node.js ecosystems.
• Solid experience with NoSQL databases.
• Proficient in Docker and familiar with browser APIs, DOM, and HTML/CSS.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with agentic AI development tools to streamline development workflows.
• A team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for clean code and architecture.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with MongoDB, Redis, Express, Fastify, GraphQL, RabbitMQ, AWS, Next.js, Redux, and styled components.
• Experience with microservices architecture and domain-driven design.
• Understanding of Agile principles and experience with Git and JIRA.
