About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Program Manager to lead our dynamic team at Concord Technologies. This role is pivotal in overseeing program delivery, ensuring that our projects align with our strategic objectives. As a Remote Program Manager, you will leverage your expertise in Agile methodologies and cloud solutions to drive project success and enhance stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to facilitate project planning and execution, adapting to changing requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
• Oversee budget management and financial reporting for projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Implement best practices in program management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions and software engineering practices.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and cloud solutions, particularly Azure DevOps.
• Proven track record of managing healthcare applications or document workflow projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with project management tools and software, including Microsoft 365 and Google Tools.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive project success.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial management and contract management.
• Familiarity with Java and AWS technologies.
• Knowledge of customer service best practices.
