Remote Product Manager - Workers Compensation

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Product Manager specializing in Workers Compensation to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the development and management of innovative insurance products that cater to the needs of our clients. As a Remote Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving product performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to define product vision and roadmap.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and new features.
• Utilize data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate product updates effectively.
• Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark product offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the insurance industry.
• Facilitate training and support for internal teams on new product features and updates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of Workers Compensation and related insurance products.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, including SQL and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM systems is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with actuarial fundamentals and compensation analysis.
• Certifications such as CCM or RN License.
