Remote Product Designer - Lead New Product Initiatives

About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Product Designer to take full ownership of a new product initiative at AppLovin. This role is crucial as you will manage the complete 0-to-1 design lifecycle, shaping the design vision and coordinating with cross-functional teams to bring the product from concept to launch.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design process for new product initiatives, ensuring a high standard of visual quality and user experience.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and executives to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Balance strong product design expertise with strategic thinking and project management skills.
• Conduct UX research to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
• Organize and structure the design workflow to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in UX research and visual communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design ideas and collaborate with diverse teams.
