What You'll Do

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for our cybersecurity solutions.
• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features and enhancements.
• Utilize your analytical skills to track product performance and drive data-informed decisions.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in cybersecurity and product management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cybersecurity or related fields.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
• Technical acumen with a solid understanding of cybersecurity technologies and trends.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Experience with integrations, IPaaS, and ERP systems is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Department of Defense (DOD) or mission operations.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and developer tools.
• Previous experience in supply chain or procurement solutions.
