About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader for the position of Remote President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO). What You'll Do

  • Represent the organization in various forums and build relationships with key stakeholders, including global artist relationships and community partners.
  • Drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with health information technology standards and interoperability.
  • Support professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and contributions to the organization.
  • Facilitate periodic travel to engage with stakeholders and represent the organization at key events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CEO or equivalent, in the nonprofit sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and community building.
  • Experience in grantmaking practices and organizational sustainability.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in organizational practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and manage teams effectively across various locations.
  • Experience in healthcare, education, or related fields is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in iGaming, poker, or casino sectors.
  • Familiarity with CIS markets and investment strategies.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field such as nonprofit management, business administration, or public policy.
