Remote Paralegal - Legal Documentation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Paralegal to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting legal documentation processes, contract management, and compliance. What You'll Do

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing various legal documents including MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs.
• Conduct legal research and compile relevant information to support case management.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of legal services.
• Utilize CLM tools to streamline contract management processes.
• Provide administrative support in data entry and accounts receivable tasks.
• Support procurement and claims management efforts within the organization.
• Engage in project management activities to enhance team coordination and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and internal policies.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a paralegal or in a related legal support role.
• Strong knowledge of legal documentation, contract drafting, and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in healthcare, real estate law, or litigation is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ConnectWise Manage or similar project management tools.
• Experience in medical billing or patient accounts.
