About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Adoption and Sales Specialist to join our team at GE HealthCare. This remote role is crucial for accelerating the adoption and commercial success of our digital solutions in Radiation Oncology. As a Digital Adoption and Sales Specialist, you will promote, demonstrate, and manage trials of our digital tools and platforms, driving customer success and satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Lead product demonstrations and manage digital solution trials to support the adoption of molecular imaging and Radiation Oncology software.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure trials are integrated into broader commercial strategies.
  • Drive customer success plans and act as the primary point of contact for users of our digital solutions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to contribute to revenue growth.
  • Gather user feedback and usage data to inform product development and enhancements.
  • Track adoption metrics and customer satisfaction KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support strategic account planning by identifying digital growth opportunities.
  • Achieve financial targets related to MIM Software and digital solution sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, Health IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or clinical applications.
  • Strong understanding of molecular imaging workflows and digital health ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with digital platforms, SaaS models, or enterprise healthcare software.
