About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Remote Paid Social Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.   • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Lead client meetings to discuss campaign performance and strategic recommendations.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in paid social media management, preferably in a B2B context.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Meta and TikTok.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with campaign optimization and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with AWS and SQL is a plus.
