Senior Product Manager - Payments for Wellness Platform

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Payments to join our dynamic team at Gympass. This Senior Product Manager remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Portugal, contributing to our mission of enhancing workplace wellness globally.

What You'll Do

• Lead payments initiatives, working closely with Finance teams and vendors to enhance payment success rates.
• Implement strategies to minimize churn due to payment failures and optimize authorization rates.
• Own the product roadmap for Payments integrations, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
• Drive product planning and manage a comprehensive roadmap, collaborating with data and engineering teams.
• Create and track OKRs, goals, metrics, and KPIs to measure product performance.
• Facilitate meetings with engineers, data analysts, designers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Promote a culture of wellbeing, encouraging a supportive work environment for all team members.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in product development with a strong track record of impactful results.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics for informed decision-making.
• Excellent organizational skills and clear communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity in decision-making.
• Collaborative approach, effective in building trust with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the payments ecosystem is a plus but not mandatory.
