About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. In this role, you will provide telehealth services to patients, focusing on assessment, treatment planning, and documentation while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. As a Remote Occupational Therapist (OT), you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including pediatrics, and contribute to their overall well-being from the comfort of your home.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide teletherapy sessions to patients, utilizing effective communication and therapeutic techniques.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in an efficient web-based system.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to enhance patient care and treatment effectiveness.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in telehealth or remote therapy services preferred.
• Strong communication skills, especially in a virtual environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.

Nice to Have

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Experience in pediatric therapy or school settings.
• Certification in Hand Therapy (CHT) is a plus.
