Remote Minijob Accountant - Flexible Hours

About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Minijob Accountant to join our innovative team at LUXOMES. As a Remote Minijob Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing our accounting processes and ensuring financial accuracy.

What You'll Do

• Build, integrate, and document our accounting processes.
• Record, book, and digitally file incoming invoices in the accounting system.
• Create outgoing invoices for customers and maintain overviews and evaluations in Excel.
• Process incoming payments and monitor open items.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly statements.
• Prepare monthly payroll and maintain payroll-related documents (e.g., working hours, absences).
• Communicate with our tax office regarding questions about documents, statements, and payroll.

Requirements

• Completed training as a tax clerk, commercial training with an accounting focus, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in accounting or payroll accounting.
• Structured and conscientious working style with a high degree of initiative and reliability.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally one of the following tools: DATEV / Lexware / Buchhaltungsbutler.
• Ideally, you have additional qualifications in accounting, preferably first experience in the hospitality/short-term rental sector.
• Additional qualifications in accounting are an advantage; experience in hospitality/short-term rental is a plus but not a requirement.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the hospitality or short-term rental sector.
• Knowledge of additional accounting software.
• Fluency in German and English.
