What You'll Do

• Receive and execute requests from operational teams including MOPs Campaigns, Demand Gen Tech Ops, IT, and Data Operations.
• Build, QA, test, launch, and troubleshoot marketing campaigns using Marketo and other marketing technologies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for all Marketo operational campaigns.
• Act as a go-to team member for advanced Marketo troubleshooting requests.
• Design, maintain, and continuously seek opportunities to improve campaign execution processes and operational workflows.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, specifically with Marketo.
• Strong understanding of lead routing, lead scoring, and privacy compliance programs.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
