Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in documentation tools such as Markdown, GitHub, and Confluence.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and APIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and using metrics to drive documentation improvements.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, SQL, and C++ is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
  • Experience in Agile development environments.
