About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Remote Legal Counsel – Corporate & Commercial to join our dynamic team. Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
