About the Role

We're hiring a Remote IT Operations Specialist to join our innovative team at MyFunded Futures. In this role, you'll own our internal technology infrastructure, ensuring our growing team has the tools they need to succeed. What You'll Do

• Manage our fleet of company devices, ensuring all employees have the necessary tools for productivity.
• Implement and manage our Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution to streamline device usage.
• Configure and deploy laptops and mobile devices for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Enforce security policies across all managed devices, including encryption and password policies.
• Maintain hardware inventory and lifecycle management to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot device issues and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
• Onboard new employees by setting up devices, provisioning accounts, and managing access.
• Offboard departing employees, handling device collection, access revocation, and data management.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee tech issues, providing timely support.
• Create documentation and self-service guides to empower employees in resolving common issues.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in IT operations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Experience with device configuration and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with security policies and best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
• Experience in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience in the fintech industry.

• Certifications in IT support or related fields.
