People & Culture Digital Solutions Expert - Payroll & Time Tracking

About the Role

We are looking for a People & Culture Digital Solutions Expert (Payroll & Time Tracking) remote to join our team at SIG Group. In this role, you will support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SuccessFactors Time Tracking. You will play a crucial role in project planning, process design, and ensuring compliance across multiple countries.

What You'll Do

• Support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, including project planning and process design.
• Act as Global Key User and Subject Matter Expert for SuccessFactors EC Payroll and Time Tracking.
• Design and optimize global payroll and time management processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into actionable system and process solutions.
• Collaborate with Process Experts, Regional Key Users, and IT to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Analyze and resolve system or process issues, ensuring sustainable solutions.
• Support organizational change through training, documentation, and communication.
• Assist in data migration and change management activities in the Employee Central implementation project.

Requirements

• Proven experience in multi-country payroll implementations and payroll optimization projects.
• Strong expertise in time management processes, preferably in production or industrial environments.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and reporting; advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Time Tracking, EC Payroll).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in international environments.
• Fluent in English.
