Identity Proofing Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an Identity Proofing Specialist to join our team at Verify. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely while supporting our Aerospace customers in secure information sharing and collaboration. As an Identity Proofing Specialist, you will play a critical role in validating user identities through document proofing processes.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-person document proofing for users, ensuring compliance with our security protocols.
• Review and validate various identification documents such as ID cards, passports, and birth certificates.
• Utilize our custom-designed online platform to manage applicant details and scheduling.
• Contact individuals within 24 hours of receiving assignments to schedule proofing sessions.
• Complete necessary forms during the proofing process and fax them back to our customers for approval.
• Participate in training sessions to familiarize yourself with our processes and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the Verify team to ensure a seamless proofing experience for users.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and security throughout the proofing process.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with document verification processes is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo our standard screening process and complete online training.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in the aerospace or security industry.
• Knowledge of software as a service (SaaS) delivery models.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a bonus.
