About the Role

We're looking for a Remote IT Operations Specialist to join our team at My Funded Futures. In this role, you will manage our internal technology infrastructure and ensure that our growing team has the tools they need to succeed. What You'll Do

  • Implement and manage our Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution.
  • Configure and deploy laptops and mobile devices for new hires.
  • Enforce security policies across all managed devices, including encryption and password policies.
  • Maintain hardware inventory and lifecycle management.
  • Troubleshoot device issues and coordinate repairs/replacements.
  • Onboard new employees by setting up devices, provisioning accounts, and managing access.
  • Offboard departing employees by collecting devices, revoking access, and handling data securely.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee tech issues.
  • Create documentation and self-service guides to enhance employee experience.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in IT operations or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of MDM solutions and device management.
  • Experience with security policies and practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the fintech industry.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations.
