About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Human Resources & Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Ludia Consulting. As a vital part of our organization, you will support the daily operations of the Human Resources, Administration, and Operations teams. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide recruitment assistance by maintaining and updating job descriptions across internal and external platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency with company standards.
  • Review active applicant pools, assist with candidate communication, and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers.
  • Support new hire onboarding by ensuring all systems, equipment, and accounts are ready for Day 1, facilitating orientation logistics, and assisting in the creation of onboarding materials.
  • Maintain employee data within HR systems to ensure compliance and accuracy, supporting audits and updates related to employee records, benefits, and organizational structure.
  • Partner with senior leadership to plan, execute, and track company-sponsored community and non-profit initiatives, coordinating volunteer events.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Supply Chain.
  • Familiarity with community engagement initiatives.
  • Certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, etc.).
