What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day HR administration, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and benefits information.
- Track PTO using TimeOffCloud, monitor leave requests, and reconcile time-off balances.
- Provide payroll support and assist in payroll processing.
- Partner with Operations and Leadership to enhance communication and elevate the employee experience.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, including payroll systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Nice to Have
- Experience with TimeOffCloud or similar PTO tracking systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
