About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote Fashion Designer - Account Manager to join our dynamic team at The/Studio. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your design expertise while engaging directly with clients and driving business growth. As a fully remote role, you will collaborate with a diverse team and contribute to our mission of empowering creativity through custom products.

What You'll Do

• Utilize your design background to manage client accounts and drive global business initiatives.
• Transition into customer-facing roles including Account Management, Outbound Sales, and Inbound Sales.
• Consult with clients on tech packs, materials, and the creative process to ensure their vision is realized.
• Work comfortably in a fully remote team during US hours, providing exceptional service to a global client base.
• Manage the post-sales lifecycle and drive account growth by meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide expert advice on garment construction and materials, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to refine creative concepts in a fast-paced work environment.
• Engage in problem-solving and consulting for global brands, enhancing their experience with our services.

Requirements

• A degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant area, particularly in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to understand design files and tech packs effectively.
• Fluency in English with a consultative tone.
• Previous experience in account management or sales is preferred.
