About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Human Resources - Remote to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving workplace culture. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic vision of our HR function across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of HR initiatives that align with our business goals.
  • Analyze workforce trends and metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and implement a long-term human capital strategy that supports our growth.
  • Maintain and update HR policies to ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts for high-volume roles, ensuring we attract top talent.
  • Promote a performance-driven culture that encourages employee engagement and accountability.
  • Manage compensation strategy and benefits administration to attract and retain talent.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR staff, fostering their professional development.
  • Support career progression and succession strategies to ensure organizational continuity.
  • Conduct training initiatives for compliance and skill development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Effective conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing HR operations across multiple sites.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
