About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Administrative Assistant - Remote to join our team at DCI, a leading provider of data processing solutions for community banks. With over 60 years of experience, we are committed to empowering financial institutions through innovative technology and exceptional customer service. As a Customer Support Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions and supporting our Customer Support team.

What You'll Do

  • Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls, providing excellent customer service.
  • Create and document cases for customer interactions to ensure efficient follow-up.
  • Provide accurate information about services and policies to customers.
  • Monitor shared email inboxes and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Maintain department calendars and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide clerical support across departments as needed.
  • Serve as backup for other administrative assistants, ensuring continuity of service.
  • Adapt to new technology and software to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure neat and organized workspaces for optimal efficiency.
  • Perform related duties as assigned to support the team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred.
  • Confidence managing multi-line phone systems.
  • Experience with case tracking systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with third-party authentication tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
  • A positive, customer-first attitude is essential.
