In this role, you will lead the Marketplace vertical, focusing on commercial strategies and product delivery in a high-growth HR tech environment. What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end delivery for Marketplace features, ensuring timely and successful launches.
• Build pricing and packaging proposals for upsell features, enhancing our product offerings.
• Evaluate build vs. buy decisions with external vendors to optimize resource allocation.
• Work closely with the CFO on financial modeling to support product strategies.
• Conduct customer interviews to validate product decisions and gather feedback.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across teams to ensure cohesive execution of product strategies.
• Proactively track and analyze performance metrics to inform decision-making.
• Present commercial decisions to senior leadership, advocating for your product vision.

Requirements

• Direct PM experience in B2B SaaS, demonstrating a strong understanding of the market.
• Experience building pricing and packaging models that drive revenue growth.
• Understanding of upsell and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) mechanics.
• Ability to defend roadmap decisions under pressure, showcasing strong leadership skills.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of building structure in a dynamic environment.
• Experience at a startup or scale-up, with a track record of successful product launches.
• Experience launching upsell features, contributing to overall product success.
