About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Experience Manager to enhance employee engagement and optimize virtual collaboration. In this role, you will lead initiatives that improve workplace experiences for our remote teams, ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction and retention.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement in a remote work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that support onboarding and the employee lifecycle.
• Utilize data analysis to measure the effectiveness of engagement programs and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage virtual collaboration tools and platforms to ensure seamless communication across teams.
• Work closely with HR operations to align employee experience initiatives with overall company goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in employee engagement or experience management, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of virtual collaboration tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting to drive engagement strategies.
• Proven track record in project management and program implementation.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with compliance and HR operations.
• Knowledge of AV technology and conferencing platforms.
