What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines to facilitate data integration and transformation.
• Utilize Google Cloud and BigQuery for data storage and analysis, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions that meet business needs.
• Implement data modeling techniques to enhance data quality and usability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of data governance policies and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, especially BigQuery.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with data orchestration tools like Airflow.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
