What You'll Do
- Triage incoming tickets to assess urgency and context, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Categorize support tickets and gather relevant information for effective troubleshooting.
- Provide answers to frequently asked questions and direct users to appropriate resources.
- Make administrative changes to system configurations via the user interface as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members and escalate tickets when necessary.
- Work closely with both local and geographically dispersed team members to maintain a high level of service.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support within the software industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with databases such as Postgres or MySQL is a plus.
- Ability to describe technical content in a user-friendly manner.
- Curiosity, diligence, and organizational skills to interpret customer needs effectively.
