Customer Success Manager - Remote Position at GitLab

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at GitLab. This Customer Success Manager remote position will allow you to partner with customers to enhance their experience with our DevSecOps platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving adoption of our solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with customers to transform their desired business outcomes into actionable objectives.
  • Guide customers through the GitLab platform, sharing best practices and use cases.
  • Understand the customer journey and assist in future adoption strategies.
  • Act as a liaison for GitLab inquiries, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other teams.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, focusing on adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on GitLab releases and features to provide informed guidance.

Requirements

  • Understanding of Git and typical branching strategies.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and development pipeline.
  • Experience with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and DevSecOps.
  • Prior experience in Customer Success or a similar role with a proven track record of increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in Arabic.

  • Familiarity with technical support processes.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
