What You'll Do

  • Develop genuine partnerships with leaders in the public sector to understand their mission objectives and strategic direction.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor throughout the customer journey, ensuring they achieve maximum impact with Claude's offerings.
  • Utilize your technical knowledge to assist customers in implementing AI solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and insights from customers to enhance product offerings.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers on the capabilities of Claude and its applications.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in the public sector.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in government.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Experience working with federal and state agencies is a plus.
