Remote Customer Success Manager - Public Safety Solutions
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team at Versaterm. In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention while supporting the deployment of DroneSense solutions. Your expertise will help transform public safety technology and improve community safety.
What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to public safety agencies, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of DroneSense solutions.
- Collaborate with regional Account Executives to enhance customer retention and account growth.
- Provide operational support and guidance on UAS programs, including DFR operations and FAA regulations.
- Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in the public safety or technology sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of UAS programs and FAA regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Experience with CRM tools and customer success platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Passion for public safety and community service.
