Remote Customer Success Manager - Influencer Marketing
About the Role
We're hiring a Remote Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team at Aspire. In this role, you will lead our mid-market and enterprise-level accounts, ensuring they achieve the best possible results using the Aspire platform for their influencer marketing efforts. As a Remote Customer Success Manager, you'll work strategically with our customer base to understand their business objectives and help them leverage our innovative marketing strategies.
What You'll Do
- Manage a book of business consisting of 40-70 accounts, generating an estimated $1.5 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
- Cement relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction with our platform.
- Collaborate with brands' marketing teams to develop actionable marketing strategies tailored to their needs.
- Continuously evolve and improve marketing strategies through ongoing experimentation and iterative testing.
- Work cooperatively with other departments to enhance the client experience and gather critical feedback for product improvement.
- Utilize strong influencing and interpersonal skills to develop robust relationships with stakeholders.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive customer success.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of the Aspire platform.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Proven success in consumer marketing, brand marketing, or advertising.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms is a plus.
