About the Role
We are looking for a Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team at Cordance. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and retention. What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted partner to a defined portfolio of customers, focusing on expansion, price increase, and renewal initiatives.
- Drive Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by ensuring customers adopt best practices.
- Collaborate with Account Management and Sales teams to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Support value realization and execute seamless, data-informed renewal processes.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and challenges.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to customers.
