About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team at Cordance. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with a defined portfolio of customers, ensuring they see measurable value from our solutions and helping them achieve their business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a trusted partner to a defined portfolio of customers, focusing on expansion, price increase, and renewal initiatives.
  • Drive Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by ensuring customers adopt best practices.
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Sales teams to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Support value realization and execute seamless, data-informed renewal processes.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and challenges.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to customers.
  • Proactive and customer-focused mindset.
