As a Remote Client Engagement Consultant, you will work from home, helping coordinate travel arrangements, conducting destination research, and managing reservations efficiently.

• Research destinations, accommodations, flights, and activities to provide tailored recommendations.
• Compare travel options and coordinate reservations to meet client needs.
• Provide clear travel information and helpful recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and messaging tools.
• Assist with booking updates and itinerary adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate client profiles and reservation documentation to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
• Work independently and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.
