Remote Coupa Pay Customer Success Manager
About the Role
We're hiring a Remote Coupa Pay Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team at Coupa Software, Inc. In this role, you will empower our customers to maximize their Coupa Pay investments, driving growth and adoption of Virtual Cards, Digital Payments, and Working Capital Solutions. As a key player in our organization, you will leverage your expertise to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Develop a strong technical understanding of Coupa products to effectively discuss and demonstrate the full Coupa platform to meet customer business needs.
- Create and own the adoption strategy plan for large, strategic customers, ensuring engagement from all relevant teams, including external partners.
- Help customers establish success goals linked to their overall business objectives for successful Coupa Pay growth and adoption.
- Engage customers in strategic conversations regarding their long-term business needs and best practices.
- Analyze and report on customer opportunities for virtual cards, bank transfers, and working capital solutions.
- Forge strong partnerships with customers, Coupa Pay partners, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Provide Coupa platform demonstrations and training to customers.
- Occasionally meet customers in person to strengthen relationships.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in payments or systems applications, either from a Finance or Procurement organization or through consulting or software provision.
- Deep domain expertise in Payments and/or Procurement systems.
- Strong client management skills to execute plans for rapid, successful go-live and adoption.
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) is a plus, particularly with Coupa BSM and other financial payment software.
- Previous sales or consulting experience with applications such as Coupa, Tipalti, Nvoicepay, and others is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in configuring and delivering software demonstrations is preferred.

Deep expertise in SaaS Customer Success Management, particularly in payment solutions like Virtual Cards and Digital Payments, with proven ability to drive customer adoption and satisfaction using tools such as Salesforce or Gainsight.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, capable of leveraging data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics) to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions to enhance procurement efficiency.
Demonstrated experience in conducting effective software demonstrations and training sessions for clients, showcasing proficiency in utilizing procurement systems and payment technologies to facilitate seamless customer onboarding and engagement.
