What You'll Do

• Lead contract negotiations with healthcare providers and ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations.
• Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting to execution and renewal.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Analyze financial data to support contract decisions and optimize healthcare operations.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on contract terms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar role within the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of contract management principles and legal compliance.
• Proficient in project management and communication skills.
• Experience with Workday or similar contract management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Medicaid or healthcare administration.
• Knowledge of quality improvement initiatives in healthcare.
• Familiarity with commercial agreements and contract administration.
