Ecommerce CRO Expert - Remote

About the Role

We're looking for an Ecommerce CRO Expert to join our team at Jolly Commerce LLP. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work with ambitious brands and make a significant impact on their conversion rates. As an Ecommerce CRO Expert, you will leverage data-driven insights to enhance client performance through strategic analysis and testing.

What You'll Do

• Own CRO analysis and strategy for 7+ e-commerce brands generating between $10M and $100M annually.
• Dive deep into data, analyzing funnels, heatmaps, session recordings, and customer feedback to uncover conversion barriers.
• Extract insights from customer reviews and feedback forms to build test hypotheses grounded in real user behavior.
• Build clear, prioritized test roadmaps and present your findings and recommendations to clients with confidence.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers to ensure tests are executed flawlessly.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) for e-commerce.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights and winning tests.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
