About the Role

Requirements

• Active RN license with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including leadership roles.
• Proven experience in telemedicine or digital health environments.
• Strong understanding of chronic disease management and patient care coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a remote team.
• Experience with data analysis and familiarity with SQL and BI tools.
