• Utilize online booking tools and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo to create personalized itineraries.
• Assist clients with travel support, including itinerary design and adjustments as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their travel experiences exceed expectations.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills as a Remote Client Experience Travel Consultant.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in customer service or travel consulting is a plus.
• Proficiency with online booking tools and GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests.
• Basic knowledge of travel regulations and IATA accreditation is preferred.
