About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Child & Adolescent Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential mental health support to children and adolescents, helping them navigate their challenges through evidence-based therapeutic practices. What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to assess the mental health needs of children and adolescents.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling to clients in a remote setting, ensuring a supportive and safe environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
• Participate in weekly clinical consultations to discuss cases and receive ongoing professional development.
• Utilize effective communication skills to engage with clients and their families, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in child and adolescent therapy to provide the best care possible.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LPC), or related field.
• Valid licensure to practice in Virginia or willingness to obtain.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in child and adolescent therapy.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and ACT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices.

• Experience in healthcare administration or medical billing.
• Familiarity with data management systems in a clinical setting.
