About the Role

Join DLA Piper as a Senior Associate in Investment & Financial Regulatory Law, where you'll play a crucial role in our Frankfurt office. What You'll Do

• Provide expert legal advice on banking, securities, and investment law.
• Support clients in executing local and international projects and business initiatives.
• Engage with current topics such as sustainability and digitalization, including the regulation of cryptocurrencies.
• Collaborate with FinTechs and the implementation of app-based payment methods and LegalTech tools.
• Develop client-oriented solutions while working closely with colleagues worldwide on cross-border mandates.

Requirements

• Completed legal studies with above-average success.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong interest in diverse projects and complex legal issues within an international law firm.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Engagement and entrepreneurial thinking are essential attributes.
