Employee Benefits Account Manager - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We’re hiring for an Employee Benefits Account Manager to support our growing Benefits team! This Employee Benefits Account Manager remote position is essential as we expand our services across the UK and Ireland. You will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes people, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing administrative support and taking ownership of all areas of client service delivery.
- Collaborate with Consultants to ensure outstanding customer service and exceed client expectations.
- Liaise with product providers, HR, and other third parties while conducting in-depth client research and analysis.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding their existing arrangements, renewals, and changes in circumstances.
- Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring their benefit packages meet their needs and all necessary reports are produced on time.
- Generate market intelligence and key information regarding potential new opportunities to develop clients and increase the NFP portfolio.
- Produce detailed policy summaries, recommendation reports, and portfolio valuations for client review meetings.
- Stay updated on relevant product, legislative, and technical changes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Employee Benefits is preferred.
- A BA or BS degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize customer needs.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in client relationship management.
- Knowledge of financial contracts and employee benefits.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
