About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Channel Manager Team Lead to join our dynamic team at JumpCloud. In this role, you will lead a team of channel sales professionals to drive growth and establish partnerships that will enhance our market presence. As a Remote Channel Manager Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our channel strategy and ensuring our partners are equipped to succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of channel sales professionals to achieve departmental sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members to help them grow their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with channel partners in the North America Central region.
  • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners, including key personnel.
  • Field and route all inbound interest from partners to generate pipeline and strategies for new customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on messaging, marketing, training, campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Design and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans with partners to achieve or exceed targets.
  • Assist partners with product positioning, sales strategy, and deal closing strategies.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience working with Channel Partners in the Americas Central region.
  • Proven success in building revenue-generating partnerships with reseller partners.
  • Demonstrated experience in building partnerships from the ground up.
  • Knowledgeable in security or other infrastructure SaaS products.
  • Success in achieving and overachieving revenue and growth targets.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience working with identity and access management solutions.
  • Previously worked in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment.
