What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate training measures for healthcare professionals.
• Manage participant information and oversee organizational and examination processes.
• Support customer and contract management as a competent interface to management and internal units.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 tools to streamline administrative tasks.
• Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

• Commercial or administrative training, vocational training in healthcare professions, or equivalent qualifications.
• Relevant professional experience in the commercial sector and/or healthcare industry.
• Experience in managing foreign professional qualifications and recognition procedures is desirable.
• Familiarity with AZAV/SGB III regulations is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a structured, independent work style.

• Experience in project management within the healthcare sector.
